Our average turnaround time is 10 -14 business days. Turnaround times may vary during our busiest seasons.
Production is scheduled ONLY when a deposit towards an invoice is paid AND artwork approval (if custom work was requested) has been received. An order will NOT be scheduled and turnaround time will NOT begin until a deposit is paid and/or artwork has been approved. We operate on a first ordered – first served basis and will not allow customers to “skip to the front of the line”.
Please be prepared to pay your deposit when you place your order. The balance is due upon completion.

If any of the above conditions are not met, the initial deposit is NON-Refundable.
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once work has entered the production stage. The production stage is defined as artwork, pre-press, production, post-press, completion and/or installation.
Custom artwork is billed at $75 per hour and is non-refundable. The artwork fee is waived on a case-by-case basis. EDM Group reserves the right to choose to waive the artwork hourly fee if an order is placed and completed.

For the Albany, GA facility, the business hours are Tuesday – Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm. We are closed Saturday – Monday and holidays.
For the Charlotte, NC facility, our business hours are Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 3:00pm and Fridays from 9:00am – 2:00pm. We are closed Saturday – Sunday and holidays.
Any requests received (emails, calls and/or text messages and voicemails left during our closed hours will be returned on the next operating business day.
